It was to clash with the Sankranthi titans. However, Sunil-starrer Poola Rangadu's release date has been postponed at least thrice. (At least, three is less than six-pack abs). K Atchi Reddy's film will be finally released on Feb. 18, which is a Saturday. It looks like the film is being released on a Saturday because the Friday (Feb. 17) happens to be the release date of Nippu.
Some sections of the media say that the film's postponement is owing to the coming of Jai Telangana in theatres. Since RR Movie Makers, the presenter, wants to release it in a big way (450 theatres), they are tactically biding time.
