June 12, 2012, (Sawfnews.com) - Salman Khan spent an evening
with Ram Charan Teja and his family on Sunday, June 10 and blessed his new soon
to be wed friend.
"Salman
landed on Sunday with his friends who are also my friends - Prashant, Abdullah
etc, at 4 pm. He was here for my Dad's dinner which was on Sunday. Salman
wanted to spend some time with my dad. They go back a long way. Salman made
sure I didn't feel lonely in Mumbai," Teja told Bollywood Hungama .
Salman
will reportedly skip the wedding due to prior work commitments.
Back in
April, when Teja started filming for Apoorva Lakhia's remake ofZanjeer in Mumbai, Salman looked out for the
young actor. Salman got home made biryani delivered for Teja on set and invited
him home for a family dinner.
Teja, son
of Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi, is getting married to Upasana Kamineni on June
14.
Teja's
Zanjeer co-star Priyanka Chopra will be attending the star studded wedding at
Upasana's farmhouse, Temple Tree Farms at Gandipet in Hyderabad
Rajinikanth
and Kamal Haasan will be attending the wedding as well. Also present will be
Teja's close friends Suriya, Shruti Haasan, Tamannah, Kajal Aggarwal among the
4000 celeb guests from the South film industry and business and politics at the
early morning wedding.
Teja will
have a second wedding on June 15 exclusively for fans, for which 4000 people
have received an invite.
